A new crop of gardening TV shows – Telegraph.co.uk

In the four-part The Wonder of Bees, broadcaster and amateur beekeeper Martha
Kearney takes us through her year as she attempts to harvest her first crop
of honey. Finally, The Magic of Mushrooms will look at the surprising
science of fungi.

With a storm-tossed winter safely behind us, and spring so far promising to be
mild, the only question is whether a new crop of gardening television will
inspire us to get outside, or stay indoors.

*The Big Allotment Challenge begins on April 15, 8pm, BBC Two. For details of
other timings, see bbc.co.uk
